Cantonment Board, Belgaum invites Technical & Financial Bids through e-Tender for Supply and Installation of School Desks at Cantonment Schools situated in the premises of the Office compound.

The bidder should submit the proposal only in electronic form at https://www.eprocure.gov.in/eprocure/app as prescribed in this bid document. The first part will consist of technical proposal and the second part will consist of financial proposal.

The tender is invited under two bid system i.e. Technical Bid and Price Bid. First of all Tender Form Fee, and EMD will have to be submitted upto 1200 PM on 28/02/2018, without which the proposal will not be accepted and liable to be rejected on preliminary basis.

The Technical Bid shall be opened and will be evaluated as per specifications, terms and conditions and qualification criteria.

The price bid will be opened of only those eligible bidders who are found to be qualified in technical bid evaluation.

In case of NEFT/RTGS, tenderer will have to enclose original receipts of NEFT/RTGS paid to A/ No. 1693535712 of Central Bank of India (IFSC Code CBIN0283981).

EMD of Rs 50,000 /- , Tender Fee Rs 2000/- in the form of Demand Draft, must be deposited before submission of Electronic Bid in the office of Cantonment Board, Belgaum, Failing to which the Bid will not be considered. However scanned copy of all the Demand Draft should be attached to the technical bid.

Bidders have to submit the original Demand Draft of Tender fee, Earnest Money and Processing Fees upto 12:00 PM on 28. 02.2018. If any bidder fails to submit the same , the technical and financial bid of the bidder shall not be opened. The D.D should be of National drawn in favour of Chief Executive Officer, Cantonment Board, Belagavi.

Bidders need to have a class 2 / class 3 category digital signatures issued by a licensed Certifying Authority for e- Tendering Portal.

Pre-bid meeting will be held on 15/02/2018 at 1100 Hrs. in the Meeting Hall of the Cantonment Board, Belgaum.

Bid Submission close date: 27/02/2018 Upto 1600 hrs.

Opening of Technical Bids (Cover No. 1): 28/02/2018 16:00 hrs onwards

Scope of Work:

This tender is issued on behalf of Chief Executive Officer, Cantonment Board, for the Supply and Installation of desks in Cantonment Schools situated at Office Compound. The tender is based on contract basis and the material is to be supplied and installed within 60 days, from the date of signing of contract. The contract period may be extended mutually for agreed period.

  • Copy of Demand Draft/Cantt. 4-B for tender fee amounting to Rs. 2000/-.
  • Copy of Earnest Money Deposit amounting to Rs. 50,000/- (Rs. Fifty thousand only). In case of NEFT/RTGS, tenderer will have to enclose original receipts of NEFT/RTGS paid to A/ No. 1693535712 of Central Bank of India (IFSC Code CBIN0283981).
  • Copy of Pan Card.
  • Copy of ESI& EPF Certificate.
  • Copy of ISO Certificate.
  • 3 Years IT Returns
  • SSI Certificate
  • Turnover Certificate
  • GST Registration Certificate
