RFP for the selection of System Integrator to Provide for Skill Development Platform of Kerala for Kerala State IT Infrastructure Limited

Managing Director, Kerala State IT Infrastructure Limited, under Department of Information Technology, Government of Kerala invites RFP for System Integrator for providing end-to-end solution and five year support for Skill Development Platform of Kerala- SDPK Programme through the e-procurement system of the Government of Kerala, as per details given below in this RFP.

Name of Work - System Integrator for providing end to end solution and support for five years for Skill Development Platform of Kerala - SDPK Programme by Kerala State IT Infrastructure Ltd.,(KSITIL) and support for five years

Technical Qualification Criteria

• Bidders who meet the pre-qualifications/eligibility requirements would be considered as qualified to move to the next stage of Technical and Financial evaluations.
• Annual turnover of the bidder should have minimum of 150 crores per year in the last 3 years
• Virtual class room solution Implemented in last 3 years with at least 3 Nos engagements with a value of 10 crores each
• The work orders should have been issued within the last 3 years, as on date of this RFP published.
• The projects should have been either completed or an ongoing project where deliverable or implementation milestone has been successfully met.
• Virtual Classroom solution implemented with the reference of nodes/Class rooms installed in the last three years of minimum 3 projects.
• Demonstration with 2 virtual class room setup at the locations identified in Trivandrum with the items proposed as per RFP
• Resume of key 10 resources in the company. The profiles of the candidates identified should be available for executing the proposed project. Also, include the team composition proposed at on site in Kerala during the implementation and warranty support
