RFP Title: RFP from interested Institutions Organisations/ NGOs/ CSOs/ Consulting Organizations/ Universities is invited for organizing Seminar/ Conferences, Workshops/ Conventions/ Colloquiums on Child Rights related issues in the North Eastern States only.

Introduction

National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR), is an autonomous body under the administrative control of the Ministry of Women and Child Development, Govt. of India The National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) was set up in March 2007 under the Commissions for Protection of Child Rights (CRCR) Act 2005, an Act of Parliament (December 2005). The Commission's mandate is to ensure that all Laws, Policies, Programmes, and Administrative Mechanisms are in consonance with the child rights perspective as enshrined in the Constitution of India and also the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child.

Scope of Work:

• To undertake /organise workshops/ seminars/ conventions/ consultations/ conclaves etc., on behalf of NCPCR in North Eastern Region of lndia on State and District level.
• The number and nature of participants may vary depending upon the topic of workshop/seminar/consultation etc. The rate maybe quoted for 100 participants and any increase in numbers would be payable on pro-rata basis of relevant items.
• The approved ceiling/upper limit for a District-level activity is Rs. 2, 00,000/-; for a State-level activity is Rs. 5, 00,0001- for 100 participants.
• To undertake the activity following arrangements are to be made by the selected institution's organizations/ NGOs/ CSOs/ consulting organizations/ universities.

Selection Criteria:

Essential Criteria:

Institutions/ Organizations/ NGOs/ CSOs/ Consulting Organizations/ Universities, duly registered/ recognized/ certified, fulfilling and accepting the following essential criteria only should apply:

(a) Registered on Darpan Portal of Niti Aayog in case of an NGO.

(b) Turnover minimum 10 Lakhs.

(c) Prior experience of working in North Eastern States of minimum 2 years.

Last Date and Place of Submission of Applications:

The--filled in application form along with proposals and requisite documents should be submitted through email or by post within the prescribed time and date. No application shall be encouraged after the due date is over.

The Commission may re-invite the calling for proposals on its sole discretion; especially in cases were suitable applications have not been received by the Commission.
