Invitation of bid regarding Production of CSR Film

Introduction

SJVN invites E-tenders on Limited Tender basis from the DAVP Empanelled Category- ‘A’ Film Production Agencies (located at Chandigarh/Panchkullah/ Jalandhar/Ludhiana, Delhi NCR and nearby places) for Production of CSR Film as per the detailed specifications, terms & conditions given hereunder. Please note that the agencies registered with e-procurement technologies alone will qualify for bidding as the process of NIT is only through e-procurement.

Scope of Work

a) Production of CSR film of a finished duration of 15 to 30 minutes covering all activities.

b) Deriving 5 short films each of 5 minutes durations out of the raw stocks on different verticals of the CSR operations viz. Health & Hygiene, Education &  NIQ-CSR & Sustainability Report Skill Development, Infra works, Sustainable Development, R&R. Each short film will have an introductory part about the company and about the overall CSR operations.

c) Each film (one 15-30 minutes of finished duration and 5 short films of 5 minutes duration) in English and Hindi with voice over.

d) Each film will be dubbed in the language of screening accordingly.

e) Additional copies required:

- 30minutes (2 on Beta and 10 in each language on DVD)

- 5 capsules of 5 minute each (2 on Beta and 10 in each language on DVD).

f) The cost must include the expenses on travel, lodging & boarding of the team.

Eligibility Criteria:

Production Company/Agenices/Producers who fulfill the following conditions will be eligible to apply.

a) The producer/agency should be currently empanelled with DAVP (A copy of empanelment letter to be enclosed).

b) The producer/production agencies should have a minimum annual turnover of Rs.10 lakh (Attach audited CA certificates).

c) He should have a professional experience of having produced at least 5 documentary films of up to 15 minutes duration each (Attach satisfactory completion certificates).

d) The producer/agency should have produced at least 3 of the documentary films on Central PSUs preferably in the power sector (attach satisfactory completion certificates).

e) Experience of producing films on CSR activities will be given special weightage (enclose copy of the film produced).

f) The agency should have well trained production team and the key personnel. (Details of the key members may be furnished). NIQ-CSR & Sustainability Report

g) He should have his own proper editing studio and tie ups for voice over recording (furnish details of the equipment and facilities owned and to be arranged).

h) Based on the backgrounder on SJVN Limited enclosed and on other data available on the company’s website, the producer is required to furnish a storyline and treatment ot the film (s) to be produced.

i) All startups {whether Micro & Small Enterprises (MSEs) or otherwise} are exempted for Eligibility & Qualifying Criteria requirements mentioned above subject to submission of documents as detailed at clause No.12.2 below.

j) Bidder shall upload scanned Copy of Relevant Documents in case of MSME/NSIC/SSI Unit & also upload scanned Copy of Relevant Documents in case of MSME/NSIC/SSI Unit is owned by SC/ST

k) Bidder shall upload the scanned copy of allotted GST No.
