RFP invited for Sustainability Study for Construction of Drinking Water Project and Installation and commissioning of solar LED street lights under CSR

Sealed Tenders are invited from bona fide experienced Vendors with sound Technical and Financial capabilities for executing the Work as per Specifications mentioned in this Tender Document.

Name of the work: Sustainability Study for Construction of Drinking Water Project at Sawkuchi and Installation and commissioning of solar LED street lights at Sadilapur and Dadara village in Kamrup District under CSR scheme.

Evaluation Criteria

Technical

Bidder shall have successfully executed similar works (Sustainability related works) during the last 5 (Five) years ending on the start date of sale of tender. This shall be supported by Work Order and End user’s completion certificate to owner’s satisfaction

Commercial

(i) Annual turnover of the bidder during any of the preceding three financial years (2014-15, 2015- 16 & 2016-17) as per the audited balance sheet and profit and Loss account of the bidder should not be lesser than Rs 0.84 Lakh.

(ii) The tenderer should have successfully completed similar works (Sustainability related works) as a main or sub contractor during any of the last Five (05) years ending on the start date for download/sale of this tender document satisfying the following requirement:

a) At least One single work for a minimum value of Rs 0.61 Lakhs

'OR'

b) Two different works each costing not less than Rs 0.48 Lakhs ‘OR’

c) Three different works each costing not less than Rs 0.36 Lakhs
