RFP invited from Project Implementing Agencies for r implementation of DDU-GKY and Roshni project in the State of Jharkhand.

JSLPS invites fresh proposal from the registered Project Implementing Agency (PIA) with PRN No. to submit their proposals for implementation of DDU-GKY and Roshni project in the State of Jharkhand.

Interested agencies may submit their proposal online at http://www.ruralskills.in/ along with application fee of Rs 25,000/- drawn in favour of JSLPS–Aajeevika Skills, A/c No. 499810110001606 (IFSC BKID0004998, Bank of India, Jharkhand Secretariat, FFP Building, Ranchi 834004).

Qualitative appraisal fee will be applicable separately to the qualified PIA. This is in pursuant of Notification 20/2017 dated 3rd April 2017 regarding the appraisal process for new projects. Preference will be given to agencies that shall provide captive placements and train on Machine/Manufacturing related trades. Long-term courses are desired. Proposed training shall be fully residential in Jharkhand.

Incomplete proposal in any respect shall be summarily rejected and PIA will have to re-submit application as per norms. Subsequent to the online submission soft copy may be emailed to aajeevikaskills.jharkhand@gmail.com. While formulating the proposals; guidelines, notifications and process may be taken into account as laid down by DDU-GKY MoRD, GoI for the purpose. Project applications shall be processed as per norms and target issued by MoRD to the State of Jharkhand. JSLPS reserves the right to accept/reject any or all the proposal. Last date to submit the application form is 16th October 2017.
