RFP invites for Development Works like Park (Civil Work), Foam Fountain & Water ATM under Titagarh Municipality under Green City Mission

Separate e-tenders (2nd. Call) are invited by the Executive Officer on behalf of the Titagarh Municipality for the works mentioned in the list given below through electronic tendering (e-Tendering) from eligible and resourceful contractors having sufficient credential and financial capability for execution of works of similar nature.

Intending bidders desirous of participating in the e-tender are to log on to the website www.titagarhmunicipality.in  (the web portal of the Titagarh Municipality) and click on the “eprocurement” link provided. They may also visit the website https://wbtenders.gov.in for the tender. Bidders willing to take part in the process of e-Tendering are required to obtain Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) from any authorized Certifying Authority (CA) under CCA, Government of India (viz. NIC, nCode Solution, Safes crypt, e-Mudhra, TCS, MTNL, IDRBT). DSC is given as a USB e-Token. After obtaining the Class 2 or Class 3 Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) from the approved CA they are required to register the fact of possessing the Digital Signature Certificates through the registration system available in the website.

Projected Background of the works under Titagarh Municipality.

It has been felt necessary that there is requirement of preservation of the environment for the benefit of the citizens by adopting holistic strategies like development/beautification of parks, & water bodies, which in turn make the environment healthier, cleaner. Parks play vital role in air cleansing & producing of oxygen. Not only that it provides opportunity to the citizens to spend quality time outdoor alongwith children and family members. Beside the above, it has also been felt necessary for providing amenities to the citizens of Titagarh town for clean drinking water by installation of water ATMs.

Scope of work :

The aim of this Tender is to increase the amenity value of Titagarh town by developing greenery and well maintained open spaces e.g. parks, water bodies, etc., which will be helpful to arrest and counter pollutions and other objective is to provide clean drinking water by installing Water ATMs which will be certainly helpful to the citizen on health point of view. The people of the locality particularly the children and old aged have the opportunity to enjoy good time in the Parks alongwith their family members that’s why the development of the Parks & water bodies becomes very important.

Eligibility criteria for participation in the tender

The prospective bidders shall have satisfactorily completed prime agency at least one work of similar nature in a single contract within last five years under authority of State / Central Govt., State /Central Govt. Undertaking / Statutory Bodies constituted under the Statute of the Central / State Govt. and having a magnitude of 30 (thirty) percent prior to the date of issue of this NIeT [Non statutory Documents] in the following experience profile. Completion certificate should be submitted by the bidder.
