RFP invites for Supply and Installation of Induction Cooking System powered by electric power generated by a Solar Photo Voltaic System with Battery Support at Government Girls Senior Secondary School

Design, Supply, Testing & Commissioning Of Solar Pv With Battery Storage Based Induction Cooking System (Spv-Bs-Ics) At Government Girls Senior Secondary School (Ggsss) Kavaratti, Lakshadweep

NTPC invites on-line bids on Single Stage Two Envelope bidding basis from eligible bidders for the above said package as per the Scope of Work briefly mentioned hereinafter.

Brief Scope of Work:

The scope of work involves Supply and Installation of Induction Cooking System powered by electric power generated by a Solar Photo Voltaic System with Battery Support at Government Girls Senior Secondary School, Kavaratti, Lakshadweep. The detailed scope of work is available in Section V/BOQ.

Qualifying Requirement for Bidders:

The Bidder who wishes to participate in the bidding shall satisfactorily establish that it fulfills the Qualifying Requirements stipulated hereunder:-

Technical

The bidder should have design, supplied, erected and commissioned rooftop Solar Photovoltaic (SPV) based grid connected power plants of 500 kWp or above which should be successful operation for at least six (6) months prior to the date of techno-commercial bid opening.

Notes:

a. Work executed by the 100% holding company and the wholly owned subsidiaries of the Bidder shall be considered for experience.

b. In case the award for the reference works has been received by the Bidder either directly from owner of plant or any other intermediary organization, a certificate from such owner of plant or the intermediary organization shall be required to be furnished by the Bidder along with its techno-commercial bid in support of its claim of meeting requirement of QR.

Documents Required for Technical Bid Submission:

i) Tender Fee in the form of DD/BC is to be submitted in sealed envelope in Physical Form/ Offline within the scheduled period along with EMD.

ii) EMD in the form of DD/BC/BG is to be submitted in sealed envelope in Physical Form/ Offline within the scheduled period. Any techno-commercial bid not accompanied by an acceptable EMD and Tender Fee in separate sealed envelope shall be rejected by NTPC Limited, Kayamkulam as being non-responsive and will not be considered for Opening. iii) Above sealed envelopes must be super scribed with NIT No., Date of Opening of Technical Bid, Sender's Name & Address.

iv) Bidders, who have valid MSE/ NSIC certificate, are not required to submit Tender Fee & EMD; such bidders shall submit hard copy before Technical BOD and upload MSME/ NSIC certificate online with digitally signed
