Name of the Work:

“Design & Engineering,Manufacture/Procurement, Testing, Supply, Installation and Commissioning of 100 kWp Rooftop Grid Connected Solar PV Power Plant including five (5) years Comprehensive Maintenance on turnkey Basis at Maheshtala Municipality Hospital Building at Santoshpur GS Colony under Ward-16, Maheshtala, South 24 Parganas” 2.0 Estimated Cost of the Project: Rs. 65,00,000/- ( Rupees sixty five lakh only)

Brief Scope of work

The scope of work shall be on the basis of single source responsibility, completely covering all the Equipment/Material specified under the Technical Specifications. It will include the following:

• Detailed design of the Equipment/ Materials.
• Complete manufacture including shop testing.
• Providing engineering drawing, data, operational manual, etc for the Purchaser’s approval.
• Packing, forwarding, transportation and insurance of Equipment/ Material from the manufacturer’s works to the Site.
• Receipt, storage, preservation, insurance and conservation of Equipment/ Material at the Site.
• Reliability tests, performance and guarantee tests, wherever applicable, on completion of commissioning.
• Erection, testing, commissioning and insurance of all the Equipments/ Materials.

Qualifying Requirement For Bidders:

The Bidder must have to meet the following conditions for participation of bidding for 100 kWp Grid Connected Solar PV power plant .

General :

The Bidder, who intends to participate in the Bid, must have to meet the following criteria:

The Bidder shall be Registered Company/Firm incorporated in India under the CompaniesAct,1956 or 2013/Indian Partnership Act,1932/LLP Act, 2008 including any amendment thereto. Proprietorship firm shall have valid Trade License & P. Tax Certificate at least three years.

Bidders shall have submit the:

• Audited Annual Accounts for the last three financial years 2014-15,2015-16& 2016-17.
• Submission of Tax Audit Report for last three financial year 2014-15,2015-16& 2016-17.
• If the bidder was set up in less than 3 years period in such case the bidder shall have to comply with the same for the balance period from the inception (it may be either one year or two years)
• The bidder shall have valid G S T I N, PF Registration/ESI registration. Proof of Registration document(s)to be provided by the bidder.
• Valid Trade License of the Bidders as a proof of address of registered office or service office within West Bengal.
