Conducting health camp under CSR in village Puyada, Byabattarhat Paschim Gram Panchayat, Purba Medinipur, West Bengal near RoW (HMR Ch. 32.0 KM) under jurisdiction of Haldia PS

The time of completion for the entire works shall be One(01) month from the date of issue of specific notice by the Engineer-in-Charge.

The completion certificate submitted by the bidder shall separately indicate the service tax amount included in the value of completed job OR a separate certificate from the respective client, mentioning the service tax amount if any, included in the value of completed job under consideration should be submitted by the bidder.

In case Service Tax amount/ component is not specified in the submitted completion certificate, then the amount equivalent to rate of applicable service tax for the subject tender shall be deducted from the value of completed job mentioned in the completion certificate to arrive at the value of the completed job without service tax

Others

• The tenderers shall furnish necessary documents in support of required qualification and experience along with the offer.
• Notwithstanding any other condition / provision in the tender documents, in case of ambiguity or incomplete documents pertaining to PQC, bidders shall be given only one opportunity with a fixed deadline after bid opening to provide complete & unambiguous documents in support of meeting the PQ criteria. In case the bidder fails to submit any documents or submit incomplete documents within the given time, the bidders tender will be rejected.
• Central Govt. Public Enterprises, JVs, Subsidiaries & wholly owned subsidiaries of IOCL and Micro and small Enterprises (MSEs) are eligible for purchase preference as per prevailing Govt. directives / Corporation policy.
• IOCL reserves the right of abandonment of tender without assigning any reason whatsoever. No compensation shall be paid for the efforts made by the bidder.
• Tender issuing authority reserves the right to reject any or all of the tenders or any part of a tender so received and no compensation shall be paid for the efforts made by the bidder.
• Reasons for rejection shall be disclosed on written representation by the concerned bidder whose bid is rejected.
• Tenders submitted without taking cognizance of corrigendum / amendments issued by IOCL are liable to rejection
