The Executive Engineer(Civil)/DC(Works),FHQ BSF New Delhi on behalf of President of India invites online Percentage rate bids from approved & eligible contractors of CPWD and those of appropriate list of MES,BSNL,Railways and state PWD of Delhi Including specialized consultants, surveying agencies for the following work through:

Name of work: Construction of 03 Nos community Toilet (Sulabb Sauchalaya) near Open air Theatre, center police Canteen & Rose Garden at 25 BN BSF Campus Chhawla New Delhi

Documents required:

Tender document shall be considered valid of only those contractors & agencies who will upload the scanned copies of the following documents along with tender.

• Earnest money in the form of treasury challan or Demand Draft or Pay order or Banker Cheque or Deposit at call receipt or fixed deposit receipt drawn in favour of DDO DIG HQ FHQ RK Puram new Delhi shall be scanned and uploaded to the etender web site within the period of bid submission. The original EMD should be deposited in the office of DIG HQ FHQ, Engg Branch, Sector,Rk puram New Delhi110066 within the period of bid submission.
• Valid Enlistment order of the Contractor and PAN Card.
• Valid GST Registration certificate/return.
• Experience certificate of 03 similar works each of value not less than 40% of ECPT or 02 similar works each of value not less than 60% of ECPT or one similar works each of value not less than 80% of ECPT. The experience should involve digital surveying in reputed fields/organizations preferably in Govt Organization.

Criteria of eligibility for issue of tender documents:

Agreement shall be drawn with the successful tenderer on prescribed Form No. CPWD 8 which is available as a Govt. of India Publication. Tenderer shall quote his rates as per various terms and conditions of the said form which will form part of the agreement.

The time allowed for carrying out the work will be 60 Days from the date of start as defined in schedule ‘F’ or from the first date of handing over of the site, whichever is later, in accordance with the phasing, if any, indicated in the tender documents.

Tenders shall be accompanied w ith Earnest money of Rs. 124447=00 in cash (up to Rs. 10000/-)/Receipt Treasury Challan/Deposit at Call receipt of a scheduled bank/fixed deposit receipt of a scheduled bank/demand draft of a scheduled bank issued in favour of DIG(HQ)FHQ R K Puram. 50% of earnest money or Rs.20 lakh, whichever is less, will have to be deposited in the shape prescribed above and balance amount of earnest money can be accepted in the form of Bank guarantee issued by a scheduled bank having validity for 12 months or more from the last date of receipt of tenders.
