RFP invites for Construction of 12 Seater Community Toilet at near field quary market Under Kargil Oc Project

The undersigned on behalf of the governor of Jharkhand, invites percentage rate bids for the work mentioned in the table below through e-procurement from eligible and approved contactors, registered in appropriate class mentioned in coloumn 6 of the table with urban development and housing department, Government of Jharkhand.

Name of Work: Construction of 12 Seater  Community Toilet at near field quary market Under Kargil Oc Project in Ward No-03 Under Nagar Parishad Phusro, Bokaro

The work shall be completed in all respect as per NIT in 6 months from the date of written order to commence the work. The item of works, plan specifications or any information IN CONNECTION WITH THE WORK can be seen in the office of the executive Officer.

In the case of successful tenderer the amount of EMD will be transferred towards initial security deposit in such a manner so that the security deposit will form part of 5 % of the approved amount of the subsequent bills of the contractor/ supplier.

General Rules:

Bidders have to fill in all such information as required in the tender documents.

The rates quoted by the tender shall be inclusive of GST, Income tax, Royality, Labour cess or any other Provinicial Tax by state govt. and central taxes applicable at that time. Provisional or conditional tender shall not be accepted.
