E-Tendering Procedure: The work shall be carried out through submission of online tenders only. No offer in physical form will be accepted and any such offer if received by REIL will be out rightly rejected. Tender documents can be downloaded from our website www.reiljp.com or website of CPPP www.eprocure.gov.in . Final bids are to be submitted on website www.eprocure.gov.in. Any changes modification in the tender enquiry will be intimated through above websites only. Tenderer are therefore, requested to visit our Website regularly to keep themselves updated.

The bidder should have a valid Digital Signature certificate issued by any of the valid certifying Authorities to participate in the online tender.

The bids shall be uploaded in electronic form only through e-tendering system on website www.eprocure.gov.in

Scope of Work

The scope of work of Bidder /Contractor is as under:

• Bidder/ Contractor shall provide safe storage of material at district/ block level/ site.
• Bidder/ Contractor shall arrange material receipt from customer and shall also get the material receipt from concerned M.P.
• Supply of system from storage to beneficiary site in co-ordination with PSU‟S, M.P.Office and REIL.
• Finalization of sites for installation of SPV SLS with PSU‟S (Customer), District Administrative and Concerned M.P. and submission of same duly certified to REIL and submission of base line survey report.
• Installation- commissioning of systems in co-ordination and approval of PSU‟S for sites including local M.P. & local body ( Gram panchyat).
• Civil foundation (Size- 300x300x300) above ground level and 500x500x1000mm below ground level, grouting of structure, conduit Pipe etc. shall be arranged by the contractor for installation of SPV Street Lighting Systems as per drawing enclosed. Pole foundation shall be laid with Minimum 1Meter inside the ground. Concrete Mix :1:2:3 and PCC (1:4:8).
• Co-ordination and Certification of installation- commissioning from Gram Panchayat, PSU‟S, District Level Officer & concerned MP.

Completion Period: Completion of complete project in 12 weeks only shall be followed strictly
