This is a Notice Inviting Tender (NIT) for Installation & 5 Years maintenance of approx. 3000 nos. Of Semi integrated Solar LED Street Lighting Systems in Various Villages in parliamentary constituency Pali, Rajasthan as per description and terms & conditions specified hereinafter:

E-Tendering Procedure: The work shall be carried out through submission of online tenders only. No offer in physical form will be accepted and any such offer if received by REIL will be out rightly rejected. Tender documents can be downloaded from our website www.reiljp.com or website of CPPP www.eprocure.gov.in . Final bids are to be submitted on website www.eprocure.gov.in. Any changes modification in the tender enquiry will be intimated through above websites only. Tenderer are therefore, requested to visit our Website regularly to keep themselves updated.

The bidder should have a valid Digital Signature certificate issued by any of the valid certifying Authorities to participate in the online tender. The bids shall be uploaded in electronic form only through e-tendering system on website www.eprocure.gov.in

Scope of Work:

The scope of work of Bidder /Contractor is as under:

• Bidder/ Contractor shall provide safe storage of material at district/ block level/ site.
• Bidder/ Contractor shall arrange material receipt from customer and shall also get the material receipt from concerned M.P.
• Supply of system from storage to beneficiary site in co-ordination with PSU‟S, M.P.Office and REIL.
• Finalization of sites for installation of SPV SLS with PSU‟S (Customer), District Administrative and Concerned M.P. and submission of same duly certified to REIL and submission of base line survey report.
• Installation- commissioning of systems in co-ordination and approval of PSU‟S for sites including local M.P. & local body ( Gram panchyat).
• Civil foundation (Size- 300x300x300) above ground level and 500x500x1000mm below ground level, grouting of structure, conduit Pipe etc. shall be arranged by the contractor for installation of SPV Street Lighting Systems as per drawing enclosed.
• Co-ordination and Certification of installation- commissioning from Gram Panchayat, PSU‟S, District Level Officer & concerned MP.
• Submission of duly certified I&C and hand over certificate from concerned M.P. and PSU‟S
• Necessary transport arrangement for carrying out inspection by PSU‟S and REIL as per requirement.

Submission of following min. duly signed and stamped documents in hard and soft copy:

(a) Duly signed and stamped installation-commissioning certificates.

(b) Taken over certificate for systems from concerned.

(c) System handover report - Endorsement letter from the concerned District Administrative, Honb'le MP that --- (quantity) nos. of SPV Street Lighting Systems, as per attached list, has been installed and handed over to the beneficiary in good working condition.

Completion Period: Completion of complete project in 12 weeks only shall be followed strictly
