Survey, Design, Engineering, Supply, Packing And Forwarding, Transportation, Unloading, Storage, Installation And Commissioning Of 1055 Kwp Solar Pv Based Power Plant At Rooftop Of Various buildings Of Power Gird Corporation Of India Ltd (Pgcil) In Nr-Ii Region (Zone-3)

Rajasthan Electronics & Instruments Limited (REIL), Jaipur invites sealed bids, from interested bidders for Design, engineering, supply, packing and forwarding, transportation, unloading, storage, installation and commissioning of 1055 KWP Solar PV based power project with AMC period of 5 years. The Solar PV modules & inverters for 1055 KWP will be supplied by REIL to site.

The bid shall comprise of technical bid and commercial Bid. The detailed scope of work, terms and conditions etc. are available with the Bid Form.

The bids must also be accompanied with Earnest Money of Rs. 4,00,000/- (Rupees Four Lac only) in form of crossed Demand Draft / FDR/ Bank Guarantee in favour of ―Rajasthan Electronics & Instruments Limited , Payable at Jaipur”. The Bank Guarantee should be issued by any scheduled Bank and valid for 180 days.

The Bid forms containing the Terms and Conditions, the Tender and the Schedule of contract, should be returned in original along with the technical bid document, intact, after filling up the same and duly signing in full with stamp, on each page, failing which the tender shall be liable for rejection. In the event of the space on the Schedule of contract / specifications of items/proforma being insufficient for the required purpose, additional pages may be added. Each such additional page must be numbered consecutively, bearing the Tender Number and be duly signed and stamped by the bidder. In such cases, reference to the additional pages must be made in the Tender Form. If any modification of the schedule is considered necessary, you should communicate the same by means of separate letter sent along with the Tender.

Procedure for Submission of Tenders / Bids:

The tender should be submitted in „TWO BID‟ SYSTEM:-

Part -1 Technical Bid:

Technical Bid along with tender documents (duly signed on each page) to be uploaded in the e-tender portal. Technical Bid to be opened by the REIL committee.

• Board resolution/ Authorization letter for signing of the bid document from the bidder be submitted.
• Prices / Costs of the items should not be indicated anywhere in the Technical Bid. This should be followed meticulously failing which the bid is liable to be rejected.
• EMD of Rs. 4.00 Lakh is submitted with the bid in the form of Demand Draft/FDR/ Bank Guarantee.

Part -1i Financial Bid:

 Price Bid BOQ given with tender is to be uploaded strictly as per the format available with the tender failing which the offer is liable for rejection (renaming or changing format of BOQ sheet will not be accepted by the system).

The Technical Bid to be kept in a sealed envelope super-scribed with “ for Survey, Design, engineering, supply, transportation, unloading, storage, installation and commissioning of 1055 KWP Solar PV based power project with AMC period of 5 years (the required solar PV modules & inverters will be supplied by REIL to site) at rooftop of various building of Power Gird Corporation of India Ltd (PGCIL) in NRII Region (Zone-3).

Eligibility Conditions:

Bidder must fulfill following criteria:-

The bidder should have experience of Design, fabrication of structure for at least 50kWp Grid Connected SPV Power Plant OR Design, Engineering, Supply of BOS for at least 50kWp Grid Connected SPV Power Plant.

The bidder should have experience of Installation and Commissioning of at least one Single project of 50kWp Grid Connected SPV Power Plant and Cumulative 500kWp Grid Connected SPV Power Plant.

The bidder should have experience of Maintenance of at least 50 kWp Grid Connected SPV Power Plant for at least 1 year period.
