About The Organization

International Union Against Tuberculosis and Lung Disease (The Union) provides technical assistance, education and research for promoting lung health in low and middle-income countries. Established in 1920 as a federation of national lung associations, The Union is a non-profit scientific organization comprising more than a 100 member countries, a Secretariat based in Paris and regional offices in India, China, Mexico, Uganda, Myanmar & Egypt. Current activities focus on tuberculosis, HIV, child lung health, asthma, tobacco prevention and health policy.

Purpose Of The Rfp

The Union South-East Asia office invites proposals from organisation that can and would like to partner with us to deliver customised learning interventions for various levels of staff. The agencies/consultant should design the entire proposal/program in such a way that the following requirements are covered.

• Interpersonal skills

• Leadership skills

• Management skills

• Communications skills

Scope of Work

The priority needs to address are:

To analyse performance gaps and therefore set appropriate objectives for the interventions at various levels in relation to the needs identified below

To design and implement interventions that address the needs mentioned below

To handhold/mentor/coach participants in applying the skills learned in real life scenarios

To evaluate success of the interventions over a period of time (1-3 months as may be appropriate)

Qualification Criteria

A brief profile of the organisation and facilitators who would be involved in the assignment

A description of similar assignments undertaken by the orgnaisation preferably in the development sector

A sample design of some of the interventions developed by the organisation addressing the needs (or similar ones) as described above

What will be the mode of learning:

▪ Classroom/ Facilitator led training

▪ Blend of online and Facilitator/ peer facilitated training

▪ Journey following a program

▪ Any other mode
