RFP invites for Providing Comprehensive Engineering Consultancy Services for setting up Solar Power plant/Roof top plant and Roof Top projects for SolarPower Generation

Providing Comprehensive Engineering Consultancy Services for setting up Solar Power plant/Roof top plant and Roof Top projects for SolarPower Generation at Suitable Locations in Bodoland Territorial Council Area in the state of Assam

Location: Proposed SPV power plants will be set up at the various locations under Bodoland Territorial Council Area under State of Assam.

Eligibility Criteria:-

The bidder should have provided Comprehensive engineering consultancy Services for a completed similar project as a prime consultant for projects having project value as specified below during last 7 (Seven) years, ending 31.08.2018 and should be either of the following:

i) 3 (Three) similar works with each valuing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of project works (For MSEs & SMEs, it is 30% of the estimated cost)

OR

ii) 2 (Two) similar works with each valuing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of project works (For MSEs & SMEs, it is 40% of the estimated cost)

 OR

iii) 1 (One) similar work with valuing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of project works (For MSEs & SMEs, it is 70% of the estimated cost)

Purchase of Tender:-

Detailed NIT and tender documents can be downloaded from TCIL website www.tcilindia.com or www.tcil-india-electronictender.com . The firm downloading the tender documents from the website shall have to submit the cost of tender documents (nonrefundable) at the time of submission of tender in the form of a demand draft / pay order along with Earnest Money Deposit. Tenders received without the requisite fee shall be considered as invalid ab-initio.

Introduction about The Project:

The project is about providing consultancy at Pre-tender and Post tender stage to develop solar power projects in Bodoland Territorial Council, an autonomous bodies created by Act of Parliament and falls under the boundaries of state of Assam. Main features of the Project

• Project Description with objectives to setting up the same
• Demand analysis and Generation of power from this project
• Type of project
• Location – Map, project boundary and project site layout
• Details of alternate site, if any.
• Schematic diagram/flow chart showing project layout, components of projects
• Availability of water or any other important aspect

Submission of Bid

Only the following shall be accepted in physical form:

• Tender Fee in the form of Demand Draft in favour of “Telecommunications Consultants India Limited” payable to New Delhi.
• EMD in the form of Demand Draft/ Pay order in favour of “Telecommunications Consultants India Limited payable to New Delhi.
