RFP invites for Supply, Installation & Commissioning of Solar based LED street light having in-built Li-ion battery with mounting structure & pole and ensuring its sustainability

Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. invites electronic bids through its website https://iocletenders.nic.in under two-bid system from bonafide experienced contractors of financial standing and reputation and fulfilling the qualifying requirements for the following job:

Supply, Installation & Commissioning of Solar based LED street light having in-built Li-ion battery with mounting structure & pole and ensuring its sustainability

Pre Qualification criteria (PQC):

The annual turnover of the bidder during any of the preceding 3 (three) financial years should be at least the value mentioned below:

Indian Bidders (Indian Rupees) 8.40 Lakh

Turnover for this purpose should be as per the audited Balance Sheet of the tenderer. However, if the tenderer is not required to get its accounts audited under section 44AB of the income Tax Act, 1961, a certificate from a Practicing Chartered Accountant towards the turnover of the tenderer along with copy of its Income Tax Return shall be furnished.

Others

Documentary Proof in support of annual turnover and execution of single Purchase Order (for similar item) (ii) Supply Record (iii) Catalogue & Literature are to be submitted along-with with technical /un-priced bids.

The technical /un-priced bids received without documentary proof of above mentioned PreQualification criteria (PQC) shall not be considered for further evaluation.

Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) are eligible for purchase preference as per prevailing Govt. directives / Corporation policy.

Domestically manufactured electronic products (DMEP) are eligible for preference in procurement as per prevailing directives of Government of India.

The bidder shall upload the legible scanned copy of necessary documents in support of required qualification and experience along with their offer as per instruction is given in the Special Instructions to Tenderers participating in etender
