For Supply and Installation of 100 Nos. Solar Street Lamps for Project Affcted Village Seregara At Magadh Ocp Under Magdhamrapali Area

Tender under three-bid system Part I - EMD, Tender Fee and Letter of Undertaking Part II Techno Commercial Bid and Part III - Price Bid are invited from experienced, qualified and eligible bidders who fulfill the Pre-Qualifying criteria for the work of “Design, Fabrication, Transportation, Installation of 15 numbers of eco-friendly toilet units including Foundation, Sewerage Disposal System, Electricity, Water Supply, etc., at Raipur”

Name of Work: Design, Fabrication, Transportation, Installation of 15 numbers of eco-friendly toilet units including Foundation, Sewerage Disposal System, Electricity, Water Supply, etc., at Raipur.

Submission of Bids:

a.) Login to www.mstcecommerce.com/eprochome/nmdc →Vendor Login → My menu→ Bidding Floor → live event →Selection of the live event→ Fill PART A, PART B and PART C and  upload the docs.

b.) The bidder should allow to run an application namely enApple by accepting the risk and clicking on run. This exercise has to be done immediately after clicking on the Commercial bid. If this application is not run then the bidders will not be able to save/submit his/her bid.

Eligible Bidders: The Invitation for Bids is open to all eligible bidders meeting the prequalification / eligibility criteria as defined in clause no. 10.0 of NIT.

(a). Government-owned enterprises may only participate if they are legally and financially autonomous, operate under commercial law and are not a dependent agency of the Owner.

(b). Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by the owner in accordance with clause 25.0 of Instructions to Tenderers (ITT).

Opening of Tenders:

 (A) Part I of the bid which contains originals of the EMD, Tender Fee and Letter of Undertaking received by General Manager (Contracts) before the due date and time of Tender opening would be opened along with electronic opening of the Part I received on the e- tender platform.

(B) Only those bidders who comply with the requirements of submitting in Part I of the bid, the originals of EMD, Tender Fee and Letter of Undertaking received before the Closing date & Time by GM (Contracts), 4th Floor, Contract Department, NMDC Limited, Castle Hills, Masab Tank, Hyderabad – 500 028, the Part II will be opened on specified date and time as given in NIT.

(C) Part III Price bid will be opened electronically of only those bidder(s) whose Part II Techno-Commercial Bid is found to be Techno-Commercially acceptable to NMDC Ltd. Such bidder(s) will be intimated the date of opening of Part III Price Bids.
