Online limited bids in single bid system are invited from experienced landscape contractors for tree plantation and land scape works as per BOQ to our Temperature Control Warehouse at Patalganga in Raigad district, Maharashtra. List Of Documents to be submitted:

• The signed and stamped copies off following documents should be sent as part of the technical/commercial bid submission
• Power of Attorney authorizing the person who has signed the tender to act and sign on behalf of the company.
• Certificate of registration/incorporation in the case of Pvt Ltd/Public Ltd Company /certified copy of / partnership deed in the case of LLP/Partnership firm/ any document under the relevant rules/laws if the firm is a proprietorship firm.
• Company’s PAN.
• Company’s GST Registration.
• Charted accountant’s certificate or Audited / Certified Balance sheet and Profit and Loss account of tenderer’s company for last three years ending 31.03.18

Scope of Work:

The scope of work consists of

• Supply and fixing the saplings, lawns as per BOQ.
• Maintaining the same for a period of 3 months by supply a manpower on daily basis. The responsibility of the person is to pour regular water, cut the excess branches which is not required and maintain the same to grow properly.
• The contractor has to replace any saplings or lawn if gets damaged within 3 months of time.
• After 3 months, there should be weekly visit by one of the person to see the performance of the saplings for period of one year. There will be no separate cost for the visit on weekly basis. Wherever the person will make the visit, should report to the Unit Head or the person nominated by the unit head.

Eligibility Criteria:

The tenderers should meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Average annual turnover of the tenderer shall be minimum of Rs. 38 lacs during last three financial years ending 31st March, 2018. Copies of balance sheets of last three years are required to be submitted.
• Submission of EMD of Rs. 4000.00. MSMED/NSIC parties are exempted from payment of EMD.
• Agency should have GST Registration number, copy of registration certificate is to be submitted.
• The agency needs to furnish self-declaration that they are not black listed by any PSU/Government Institutions.
• Bidder should be register vendor with any unit of Balmer Lawrie & Co.Ltd.

Submission of Bids:

The bid is to be submitted as two bid process i.e. Technical/ Commercial Bid and Price Bid separately. In the price bid, the rates are to be submitted as per the given format in the online as mentioned in the bid submission clause.

Acceptance of Offers

Balmer Lawrie reserves the right to accept any tender in whole or in part or reject any tender or all tenders or place order for any quantity, less than or more than the tendered quantity, without assigning any reason thereof.

Bids of any tenderer may be rejected if a conflict of interest is detected between the bidders and Balmer Lawrie at any stage.

Balmer Lawrie is not bound to accept the lowest rate for any tender. Balmer Lawrie also reserves its right to allow Public Enterprises (Central / State) price/purchase/contract / service preference as admissible under the existing Government policy. The decision of Balmer Lawrie in this connection will be final.
