RFP invites for imparting Soft Skills training at Postal Training Centre

Online Tenders are invited on behalf of the President of India from reputed firms / training institutes who can impart training on various soft skill subjects to the trainees of various states (mainly Chhattisgarh, Gujarat , Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra)of Department of Postsat Postal Training Centre, Vadodara.

Scope Of work: Imparting Soft Skills training at Postal Training Centre.

Eligible Bidders:

The eligible bidders will be one meets all criteria for technical bid and recommended by TEC based on its examination of technical parameters as defined in bid document.

Cost of Bidding:

The bidder shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of the bid. The Purchaser, will in no case, be responsible or liable for these costs, regardless of the conduct or outcome of the bidding process.

Bid Price:

The bidder shall fill price strictly as per Annexure-III. The shall be in firm Indian Rupees. No foreign exchange will be made available by the bidder.

The price quoted shall be firm and final. Taxes and/or incidentals charges, if any , to be paid need to be duty indicated in the bid otherwise no extra payment shall be made on this accounts. No request for upward revision in the contract rates will be entertained during the currency period of the contract.

Period of Validity of Bids:

The approved rates will be valid for a period of 1 year from the date of acceptance & can be further extended up to one more year on the mutual agreement of both the parties with same terms & conditions. This has to be clearly mentioned by the bidder in the commercial bid.

Submission of Bids:

The bidders must submit their bids only through the online e-procurement portal i.e http://eprocure.gov.in/eprocure/app in two cover system.
