Re-Request for Expression of Interest for Hiring of Human Resource (HR) Agency for engagement of Project personnel for Tejaswini Project and development of HR manual for JWDS

Assignment Title: Hiring Of Human Resource Firm/Agency For Engagement Of Project Personnel For Tejaswini Project And Development Of Hr Manual For The Jharkhand Women Development Society (JWDS).

1. JWDS seeks to hire qualified and experienced Human Resource Agency for engagement of Project personnel for Tejaswini Project and development of HR manual for the Jharkhand Women Development Society (JWDS) as given above.
2. The Agency may express its interest for being Human Resource (HR) Agency for engagement of Project personnel for Tejaswini Project and development of HR manual for the Jharkhand Women Development Society (JWDS),
3. Quality Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method set out in the Consultant Guidelines would be followed to select the agency as Human Resource agency.
4. The draft Terms of Reference (ToR) and detailed Re-Request for Expression of Interest (Re-REoI) for the assignment is available at website: www.socialwelfarejhar.gov.in  in tender section.
5. Any clarification on information in draft ToR or Re-REoI, if any, may be obtained at the address given above during office hours 10:00 to 17:00 hours (IST).
6. The Agencies interested in the assignment must deliver the Expression of Interest as one hard copy of duly filled performa as stipulated in the Re-REoI document along with a soft copy of the same.
7. The Expressions of Interest, in hard and soft copy, must be submitted at the specified address through Registered Post/Speed Post/ Courier/ by Hand by 1600 hrs (IST) on 5^th October,2018.
