Position Vacant:  Accounts officer

 

THIS POSITION IS STRICTLY FOR RESIDENTS OF MUMBAI

 

Educational Qualifications:

 

-        B Com degree

-        Knowledge of Tally

-        Computer skills in Word and Excel  

-        Internet [Email] skills

 

Desired Profile of the Candidate:

 

-        Minimum 3-4 years of experience

-        Reasonable Proficiency in English

-        Independent correspondence

-        Knowledge of accounting 

-        Prior knowledge of Trust procedures

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

-        Data entry in Tally, Maintain all vouchers, accounting books and supporting documents

-        Internal MIS in excel

-        Competence in handling the finalization of accounts

-        Prepare Balance Sheet and Income & expenditure statements

-        Support annual audit and follow-up with auditors as required;

-        TDS and PT and other legal compliances

-        Process salaries and maintain records of donors and donations
