Job Description/Responsibilities

Communication Skills:

  • Ability to communicate effectively with visitors and colleagues both verbally and in writing.
  • Includes greeting guests professionally, answering phone calls, and responding to emails promptly and courteously.

Customer Service:

  • Strong customer service skills to handle inquiries, complaints, and requests in a friendly and helpful manner.
  • Involves actively listening to guests' needs, providing accurate information, and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Establishing tie-ups with courier companies.

Multitasking:

  • Capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, such as managing phone calls and assisting visitors, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Computer Proficiency:

  • Familiarity with basic computer software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & PPT).
  • Proficiency in using office equipment like printers, scanners, and Automatic attendance machines.
  • Maintaining staff database.

Organization & Time Management:

  • Strong organizational skills to maintain a neat and tidy reception area and keep track of incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines and ensure smooth operations at the front desk.

Problem-Solving:

  • Aptitude to handle unexpected situations and resolve issues independently or by escalating them to the appropriate personnel.

Professionalism:

  • Professional demeanour and appearance, including dress code adherence and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Attention to Detail:

  • Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in managing guest reservations, handling paperwork, and maintaining records.

Adaptability:

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and work effectively in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.

Teamwork:

  • Collaboration skills to work closely with colleagues in other departments and contribute to a positive work environment.

  • Graduate / Post Graduate
