Through this, we seek to enhance experiences of citizens in accessing government health services at the last mile.

Job Summary:

The role is responsible for HR Operations for their Respective Zonal States.

This role will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

  1. Direct Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring efficient and timely execution of tasks such as appointment letter generation, employee code generation, exit process management, visiting cards distribution, and employee identity card distribution.
  • Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and exits, ensuring a seamless experience for employees.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation, including personal information, employment contracts, and exit interviews.
  • Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures, ensuring understanding and compliance among employees.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and activities aimed at fostering a positive work environment and enhancing employee morale.
  • Coordinate training and development programs for employees, including logistics management, participant registration, and feedback collection.
  1. ]Supervisory Responsibilities for Karuna Fellow:
  • Provide guidance and supervision to the Karuna fellow in executing daily HR tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to the Karuna fellow, such as appointment letter generation, employee code generation, and basic HR administrative tasks.
  • Monitor the performance and progress of the Karuna fellow, providing feedback and support as needed to enhance their skills and effectiveness in HR operations.
  • Facilitate training and development opportunities for the Karuna fellow to enhance their HR knowledge and capabilities, ensuring their professional growth and development within the organization.
  1. Additional Responsibilities
  • Manage grievance management processes, including receiving, investigating, and resolving employee grievances in a timely and fair manner, in alignment with organizational policies and legal requirements.
  • Facilitate Employee Connect conversations to promote open communication and address employee concerns, feedback, and suggestions, fostering a culture of transparency and trust.
  • Provide support to the HR Manager in change management processes, including communication planning, stakeholder engagement, and implementation support, to ensure smooth transitions during organizational changes.
  • Manage HR operations for 1 to 4 states in the designated geography, ensuring consistency and compliance with HR policies and procedures across all locations.
  • Any other task assigned by the HR Manager/ Reporting Manager.
  1. Rewards and Recognition Management:
  • Develop and implement rewards and recognition programs for MMU and call center staff, acknowledging and celebrating their contributions to the organization's objectives.
  • Coordinate the distribution of spot awards and recognition certificates, ensuring fairness and transparency in the selection process.
  • Organize employee appreciation events and celebrations to recognize outstanding performance and foster a culture of appreciation and motivation.

 

  1. Support for MMUs and Call Center Staff:
  • Collaborate closely with Mobile Medical Unit (MMU) teams and call center employees to understand their unique needs and challenges.
  • Provide proactive support and resources to address any HR-related issues or concerns raised by MMU and call center employees.
  • Foster a culture of recognition and appreciation specifically tailored to the MMU and call center environments, acknowledging the critical role they play in the organization's mission and objectives.

Desirable Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations or administration, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices, with experience in employee lifecycle management.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Experience in working with HRIS systems and familiarity with relevant labor laws and regulations.
