Please find below the detailed Roles and Responsibilities:

• Partner with NGOs, community leaders, educational institutions, and government departments to connect with potential students.
• Engage with prospective students, provide personalized guidance, and maintain strong relationships.
• Maintain comprehensive records of parents, guardians, and prospective
• students, including their educational background, profession, and income.
• Develop and execute outreach campaigns targeting educational institutions in and around Mumbai to attract potential candidates.
• Travel to nearby locations to expand our network and reach more students.
• Any other tasks assigned by Reporting Manager.

Desired Skill Sets:

• Experience ofstudent interactions and data management.
• Familiarity and ability to work on MS office tools (Power point, Excel, Word).
• Prior experience with the Healthcare sector is preferred.

Qualification: Minimum Class 12th; undergraduates are also eligible/ Graduation

Experience:

Atleast 1-2 years full-time experience in vocational training in healthcare and Field work. Prior fieldwork experience in target-based roles is preferred (e.g., field sales, loan departments, Skill development etc.)

Requirement- Student enrollment into sources from walk-ins.
