MarudharaRangsaajRaveevika Producer Company has been set up as a part of a Project between Raveevika and Rangsutra Crafts India to bring sustainable employment to 700tye and dye artisans in Churu. The role will involve building the team, running operations, and co ordination between the various stakeholders: Board Of Directors, Artisans, Rangsutra Crafts India, Raveevika

Job Description:

  1. Recruiting, building, training and Lead a team as the CEO that can manage production smoothly to excute operations as per the company’s goals.
  2. Mobilization of artisans into thethe supply chanin and into the producer company.With appropriate skill, interest and time to meets the financial and social goals of the company.
  3. Managing day to dayoperations of the producer company.
  4. Furnish members with periodic information to appraise them of the operation and functions of the producer company
  5. Assist the board in the formulation of goals, objectives, strategies, plans and policies
  6. Advise the board with respect to legal and regulatory matters concerning the proposed and on-going activities and take necessary action 
  7. Support in organizing the training programmes for artisans
  8. Liaising with Government to secure required funds for the company as per agreed Project plan
  9. Set up office for the producer company as per government laws and efficient production flow.
  10. Support in setting up village based production centers
  11. Maintaining data related to Bank accounts, Insurance, ID checks, etc in place for all the artisans
  12. Fulfill statutory compliances as per the companies act,organizing board meetings, AGM, conducting audit etc
  13. Other Legal and Financial compliances for the producer company
  14. Functioning and governance of the Producers Company
  15. Co-ordination and management of company members and share payments
  16. Identify the requirement for the human resources for the producer company and hire them as per the norms
  17. Manage and oversea production. Ensuring SOP’s are in place and MIS reports provided to board on regularly (monthly Quarterly Basis)
  18. Recruiting, build, train and Lead a team as the CEO that can manage production and operations smoothly.
