Job Description
PhysicsWallah is looking for a proactive and results-driven Centre Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure seamless coordination across departments, and drive overall center performance. This role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and the ability to align departmental functions with the organization’s strategic goals.
Job Responsibilities
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between departments, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Manage and allocate resources efficiently—personnel, budget, and technology—to maximize productivity and achieve targets.
- Monitor departmental performance, analyze KPIs, and prepare insightful reports with recommendations for senior management.
- Resolve operational challenges, manage conflicts, and ensure smooth functioning of center activities.
- Implement organizational policies while ensuring compliance with guidelines, standards, and regulations.
- Lead and motivate teams, foster a positive work environment, and support professional development.
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable departmental plans and ensure their successful execution.
- Communicate center achievements, challenges, and plans to internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and safeguard the organization’s resources.
- Promote innovation and continuous improvement by adopting new practices, tools, and technologies to enhance efficiency.
Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience
- Strong background in operations, administration, or center management.
- Proven leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work with data-driven insights and deliver impactful results.
