Partners in Prosperity (PnP) is a dynamic non-profit organization founded in 1998 and registered under the Societies Registration Act of 1860, Delhi. Headquartered in New Delhi with project offices across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Odisha, Uttarakhand, and Uttar Pradesh, we specialize in implementing impactful programs in sustainable agriculture, natural resource management, renewable energy, and rural livelihoods.
Our work is rooted in strengthening climate resilience and community development through science-led, field-driven approaches—ranging from watershed management to solar power, satellite monitoring to animal husbandry. We support a wide spectrum of partners in achieving their CSR mandates while aligning with Government of India schemes and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
The Role:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Communication and Branding Manager to join our New Delhi office. This is a key position responsible for shaping the organization’s voice, driving engagement across platforms, and amplifying the impact of our work.
The ideal candidate is a skilled storyteller and strategic communicator with at least 3 years of experience in the agriculture or development sector, fluent in managing communications end-to-end—from field to feed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Storytelling & Content Creation:
- Collect stories, visuals, and videos from the field.
- Draft compelling press releases, success stories, blog posts, and newsletters in both English and Hindi.
- Create content for social media, internal updates, and donor communications.
- Brand & Campaign Management:
- Support digital and offline campaign initiatives.
- Plan, execute, and monitor social media strategies.
- Design visual content using tools like Canva and edit videos with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Digital & Media Engagement:
- Update website content (WIX/WordPress).
- Manage media relations and monitor coverage.
- Coordinate media events and develop media outreach plans.
- Research and engage with influencers, journalists, and potential media partners.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with program and field teams to align communication strategy with impact on the ground.
- Conceptualize and develop IEC (Information, Education, and Communication) materials.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Educational Background:
Post-graduate degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Development Studies, or a related field.
- Experience:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the agriculture/development sector.
- Core Competencies:
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Hindi.
- Strong grasp of branding, media relations, and public engagement strategies.
- Proficiency in social media tools, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and basic website CMS.
- Multitasking, creative thinking, and strong collaboration skills.
- Willingness to travel to rural and remote project locations.
