Job Description

As an Deputy Manager – Social Entrepreneurship Enablers Network, you will play a key role in managing and expanding the network, coordinating engagement activities, and building collaborative relationships. You will work with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery of network initiatives, events, and knowledge-sharing platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Build membership drive and partnerships for SEEN
• Anchor sponsorships & revenue generation for Impulse
• Curate high-quality ecosystem events & networking platforms
• Represent the program externally with thought leadership

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

Postgraduate in management, entrepreneurship, or development studies

• Strong track record in business development, fundraising, ecosystem building
• Proven ability to lead large-scale events and partnerships

KRAs (Expected Outcomes):

• SEEN piloted successfully with membership drive launched
• At least 5–6 new partnerships onboarded annually
• Sponsorships secured for Impulse
• Impulse positioned as an ecosystem summit for India

Mandatory Skills: Business development, partnership management, ecosystem building

Preferred Skills: Strategic communications, event design, impact networks

Trainable: New digital tools, analytics
