About the Organization

The Association of People with Disability is a non-governmental organisation devoted to empowering people with disabilities to live full, productive lives.

Since its founding in 1959, we have worked tirelessly to make it possible for people with disabilities (PWDs) to fully participate in all aspects of society, including but not limited to interventions in healthcare, education, employment, and advocacy.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in developing annual Result Based Monitoring framework for developmental interventions in the organization
• Support Internal programme audit function in preparing customized outcomes in measuring results.
• Provide feedback to program teams on projects’ performance based on monitoring data findings
• Conduct the baseline, midterm & end line studies to measure the outcome / impact of the developmental interventions.
• Apply the existing database management tools to capture and organize data
• Provide support to the Program teams in ensuring periodic renewals of regulatory compliance/ license/etc.
• Respond to inquiries form a variety of internal and external parties for the purpose of providing information, facilitation communication among parties and /or providing directions

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

Minimum ( 1- 2 years of Experience )
