Job Description

The HR Data and Reward Analyst is an integral part of the Global HR Team, reporting to the HR Lead in our India office. The position will be responsible for compiling structuring and analysing HRIS and compensation data.

Job Responsibilities

Reward:

  • Lead the annual pay review planning and execution.
  • Conduct regular comprehensive salary benchmarking analysis to assess and maintain competitiveness.
  • Gather and share pay data and statistics
  • Support equal pay and other pay audit activities to identify and address any pay disparities across the company.
  • Educate and support HR on total reward strategy, policies, and programs
  • Conduct job evaluation, market pricing, and other compensation requests and ensure on-time delivery to business and HR partners meeting high service levels.
  • Assist with research and analysis of compensation and benefit programs.

Employee Satisfaction Survey & Staff engagement:

  • Support the operational delivery of the annual Your Voice survey
  • Undertake analysis and reporting to wider business

HRIS Analysis and reporting:

  • Undertake relevant analysis as directed across the wide spectrum of HR data
  • Provide the relevant reporting for the Senior Management Team and the Executive Board

General

  • Ensure compliance with relevant global regulations and industry standards.
  • Document processes, policies, procedures, and practices to ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective measures.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 6-8 years compensation related experience, preferably with an international and public organization
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field required or equivalent years of experience.
  • Understanding of compensation regulations and market trends in Europe, Asia, and Africa is desirable.
  • Ability to research along with critical thinking; able to gather information, identify trends, draw valid conclusions, and propose reasonable recommendations.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Be well versed with advanced analytical tools and be very data savvy.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and Power BI is essential, experience with Microsoft Dynamics would be beneficial.
  • Self-starter and able to manage own workload; complete projects from beginning to end including the ability to work independently, organize priorities and time management.
  • Flexibility in handling competing priorities and changing expectations.
  • Able to maintain high levels of discretion and confidentiality as the role handles confidential and sensitive data.
  • Excellent communication skills
