● Salary: Upto 2.50 LPA (Compensation package will be inline with qualification, experience and last salary drawn)

● Language: Proficiency in English and Bengali (spoken & written). Knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage.

Position Summary

The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and enhancing the organization’s Management Information Systems. The role involves ensuring timely and accurate reporting, performing data analysis, and supporting the management team with reliable information for decision-making. The position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

● Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems.

● Generate and distribute management reports in an accurate and timely manner.

● Develop MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance.

● Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency.

● Perform data analysis for generating reports on a periodic basis.

● Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to the management team.

● Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed.

● Conduct periodic field visits to verify, validate, and cross-check data accuracy.

● Evaluate and analyze entrepreneur business models to assess feasibility and performance.

Qualifications

● Mandatory: Proven experience of minimum 2-3 years in MIS, reporting, and data management.

● Education: Any Graduate (Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, IT, or related field preferred).

● Language: Proficiency in English and Bengali (spoken & written). Knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage.

● Other Requirements: Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure with deadlines.

Compensation

Upto 2.50 LPA (inline with qualification, experience and last salary drawn).

Reporting To

Regional Manager / Program Manager – North Bengal.

Travel Requirements

Base Location: Jalpaiguri - Chalsa. Occasional travel to Darjeeling & Kalimpong.
