Job Description

As Manager CSR Partnerships, your primary responsibility will be to generate sales by establishing and nurturing relationships with CSR-focused companies. You will play a key role in identifying potential CSR partners, understanding their needs and objectives, and proposing tailored solutions that align with their CSR strategies. Your goal will be to drive revenue growth while fostering long-term partnerships with socially responsible organizations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify, target, and acquire CSR-focused companies as clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential CSR partners and understand their CSR objectives, target areas, and budget allocations.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship-building activities.
  • Engage with decision-makers and key stakeholders within target companies to understand their specific CSR needs and present relevant products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to customize solutions that meet the unique CSR requirements of potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to showcase the value proposition of the company's offerings.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements with CSR clients, ensuring win-win outcomes for both parties.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing CSR clients, serving as their primary point of contact and addressing their ongoing needs and concerns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging issues related to CSR and sustainability to effectively position the company's offerings.
  • Annual Target to be achieved around 4 crores from the sale of the products.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns and materials to promote the company's CSR solutions and generate leads.
  • Track and report on sales performance, including revenue forecasts, client acquisition, and retention rates, and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Attend relevant industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the company's presence in the CSR sector and build a strong professional network.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales-related expenses using the company's CRM system.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. A master's degree would be a plus.
  • 5-7 years of experience in sales or business development, with a proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and acquiring new clients.
  • Strong knowledge of CSR concepts, trends, and practices, with a genuine passion for social responsibility and sustainability.
  • Experience in selling products or services to CSR-focused companies or corporate foundations is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey the value proposition of the company's offerings to CSR clients.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a customer-centric approach to sales.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives and CSR decision-makers.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
