Job Description
To execute the process and control routines necessary for ESG data and information collation, transformation and analysis to support GSK to meet its internal and external Non-Environmental ESG Reporting obligations. This role is responsible for executing the day to day Hub procedures to ensure effective service delivery.
Job Responsibilities
- To work with business functions to collate the required Environmental & Non-Environmental Data and Information and perform initial validation checks to confirm accuracy and completeness of source data. This includes reporting and tracking any identified exceptions through to resolution.
- Responsibility for confirming that Management Monitoring is being undertaken by SMEs/Data Owners, highlighting where further guidance and training to ensure the effective implementation of minimum control standards is required. This extends to assisting the Performance and Governance Manager and Operations Lead to deliver training as required.
- To execute Environmental & Non-Environmental Data and Information collation and transformation procedures timely and accurately, liaising with relevant stakeholders as necessary, providing an initial analysis to be reported to the Operations Lead for review. This includes ensuring all 4-eye checks are obtained, as well as actioning any amends and feedback timely.
- This includes updating the Metric and Stakeholder Mapping document and Data Inventory as well as the ESG Reporting processes and controls as appropriate.
- Responsibility for updating and maintaining data collation, transformation and analysis procedures which form part of the wider ESG Reporting Hub framework. This includes both existing and new Environmental & Non Environmental Data and Information reporting requirements.
Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical skills, with previous experience in a data analyst role.
- Experience interacting with various data sources.
- Proficiency across a number of data reporting tools (including MS Office).
- A knowledge and interest in ESG reporting.
- At least 5 years post qualification experience, preferably within a similar operating model and similar sector.
