Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Planning and Billing Engineer to join our team. As a Civil Planning And Billing Engineer, you will be responsible for planning and managing all aspects of civil engineering projects, including the development and implementation of project plans, cost estimates, and budgets. You will also oversee the billing process and ensure accurate and timely invoicing.

Qualifications And Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 5-7years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on planning and billing
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and techniques
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in billing processes
• Knowledge of relevant regulations, codes, and standards
• Ability to mentor and guide junior engineers
  
  

Roles And Responsibilities

• Plan and manage all aspects of civil engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
• Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and cost estimates
• Prepare and review project documentation, such as technical specifications, drawings, and contracts
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation measures
• Oversee the billing process, including verifying project expenses, preparing accurate invoices, and resolving billing discrepancies
• Collaborate with the finance team to track project costs and revenue
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and project team members
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and standards
