NSRCEL is the start-up incubator of IIM Bangalore. Over 585+ ventures have gone through the Incubation Programme and another 1300+ ventures have taken our Launchpad Program. Job Description

NSRCEL is also supported by Niti Aayog, Department of Science and Technology and Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology. Additionally, NSRCEL has partners with corporates like Maruti Suzuki, Alstom and Hindustan Unilever and Pernod-Ricard among others to support entrepreneurs across sectors areas like Energy, Environment and Infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities

• Work with the Program Manager to execute daily program responsibilities
• Support internal team and program partners to successfully complete all program milestones
• Coordinate with stakeholders of the program to build a sustainable relationship
• Conduct monitoring and evaluation surveys
• Analyze and report data collected from entrepreneurs
• Organize and manage program activities, including events, expert sessions with mentors, outreach initiatives, and more, to deliver the best entrepreneurial experience for founders
• Work closely with entrepreneurs and other internal teams to understand the needs of entrepreneurs and facilitate to meet those needs.
• Always ensure adherence to NSRCEL guidelines while communicating with external partners
• Actively pursue strategic and innovative solutions to fulfill program objective
• Contribute to programs that support ventures in enterprise tech, fin-tech, SaaS, AI, and other emerging technology sectors, ensuring tailored solutions and value for entrepreneurs.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

You will ideally have:

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role or startup ecosystem
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
• Ability to contribute to program design and strong program execution discipline
• A positive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to eɨectively interact with stake holders.
• Exceptional multitasking skills and a proactive approach to taking ownership of tasks. 
• A fast learner with a passion for entrepreneurship and innovation.
• A master’s degree in management is a bonus
