About WeLive Foundation
Children living in childcare institutions (CCIs) or orphanages as they are known are forced to leave the only homes they have known when they turn 18 and become adults. They may not have the support of a family when they step out into the world.
WeLive Foundation was formed to address the needs of young adults, called care leavers, who leave childcare institutions at the age of 18. Our purpose is to support them to live independently and to integrate with society.

WeLive Foundation supports care leavers through structured Residential and Non Residential Bridge Program, Operating centers in Bengaluru and Chennai, WeLive Foundation is looking for a detail oriented and dedicated Program Coordinator to support the management and execution of our residential and non–residential program.
Job Responsibilities:
- Program Support: Assist in program functions for both the residential Bridge Program and non-residential Programs, which are online and offline programs.
- Documentation: Create, maintain, and update documents tracking the progress and delivery of the program.
- Youth Interaction: Engage with young people to facilitate effective delivery of the program.
- Record Management: Handle the files and paperwork of young people enrolled in the program and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Stakeholder Coordination:
- Work with childcare institutions to facilitate the enrolment process and executing the transition program
- Building new pool of volunteers and facilitators for module delivery.
- Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure service delivery.
- Ensure donor database in maintained with timely issue of donation receipts.
Administrative Tasks:
- Oversee daily financial and administrative transactions.
- Coordinate admin and program functions across multiple centers in multiple cities.
- Meetings: Organize and set up internal and external meetings.
- Support: Provide additional program and administrative support as needed.
Experience & Qualifications:
An ideal candidate:
Experience:
- Graduate
- Must have experience working with NGOs. o Should have experience in documentation and stakeholder management.
Skills:
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Word, Excel).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Soft Skills:
- Empathy and patience.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Language: English, Kannada/Tamil, Hindi (Preferred)
Other Details:
- Reporting: This role requires reporting to the Program Manager.
- Location: Bengaluru. Work will be based out of one of our centers in the city.
- Work Days: 6 days a week.
