Job Summary:

Roles and responsibilities:

1.       Design and develop competency-based content and Curriculum for Public System Health officials and workers. 
2.       Design and facilitate workshops to train the trainers
  • Design and facilitate capacity development workshop for internal team
  • Support CoE teams and tech team to upload content on various platforms
3.       Executing Large Scale Capacity Building Activities for Govt Stakeholders
  • Support State teams in Planning & Budgeting for Large Scale Training & other capacity building activities in alignment with SIHFW & district training cell.
  • Execution of large-scale Quality Training for Asha Workers and Middle Managers through Govt. systems: Online & Offline
4.       Partnership Development & Liaison
  • Build and sustain strong professional relationship with partner organizations etc. for achieving Project Goals within defined timelines
5.       Project & Team Management
  • Define Project Goals, Design Project Operation plans & Milestones
  • Design Input-Output Matrix, Impact assessment indicator and execution processes for the Project
  • Performance Management & Capacity Building of team members
6.       Communication & Documentation:
  • Documentation and communication of program achievements / outcomes, through concept notes, presentations, reports, etc.
  • Preparing and managing documentation related to program implementation, e.g. approvals, letters, etc.
  • Documentation of on-ground learnings and knowledge received from external partners to support the team's internal capacity and knowledge building
Manage Change to ensure product deployment
  • Track, assess and analyse the progress of initiatives/projects/ businesses
  • Collaborate with tech team, M&E team to understand data and revise content if required
  • Identify the critical constraints, cull insights for the existing programs
  • Design robust and effective governance mechanism for managing initiatives and projects
  • Synthesize updates from states and prepare reports / update for Program Director and Core Team Members
  • Prepare tools and formats to ensure excellence, drive initiatives and shared meaning across the states

Desirable Qualification & Experience :

Desirable Qualification:

  • PG Diploma / Master’s in Psychology or Graduates with requisite skills / experience may apply.
  • Expertise in areas of leadership development and designing and facilitating learning experiences - content and curriculum building and execution.  

Desirable Experience:

  • Min. 6 to max 10 years of overall work experience in building training content and curriculum building.
  • Min 2 to 3 years’ Experience of working with Health officials.
  • Min 3 years or more experience in managing teams.
  • Facilitation, Change management, coaching experience is added advantage.

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (Proficiency in Hindi & English is a must).
  • Excellent Microsoft Office competency (Word, Excel, PPT etc)
  • Writing Skills, Facilitation & presentation skills
  • Collaboration with multiple internal/external stakeholders (individual and teams)
  • Experience working in dynamic work environments with substantive dose of ambiguity
  • Confident communicator, ability to dialogue professionally and with high cultural values on complex issues with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to convert abstract ideas and concepts into concrete framework and content as per stakeholder’s training and development needs. 
  • Capacity for innovation, creative thought, and strategic thinking. 
  • Collaboration with multiple internal/external stakeholders (individual and teams)
  • Experience working in dynamic work environments with substantive dose of ambiguity
  • Must be practicing quantitative and qualitative analysis (basic level)
  • Ability to manage difficult partners and stakeholders and balance between relationship and project outcome.
  • Ability to manage team dynamics & conflicts, capacity to engage in difficult conversation with team.

Travel: Ready to travel for minimum 7 days in a month.
