Job Description

The PM will have complete operational responsibility of Pan India initiatives and activities for Partners (individual donor-volunteers) and NGOs learning and engagements

• 3-4 years of work experience in the Development or Corporate sector (if this is your first foray into the social sector, you must have clarity on why the career switch is being made)
• Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to inspire a wide range of stakeholders
• Intrapreneurial - ability to work with minimal supervision and with an ownership mindset.    Self-motivated, energetic, and comfortable working independently.

Job Responsibilities

Partner Engagement

• Design engaging & educational learning opportunities for partners
• Create partnerships with intermediary organizations for learning opportunities
• Maintain partner related dashboards
• Curate inspiring stories of partners as philanthropists

NGO portfolio

• Design engaging & educational learning opportunities that benefit our portfolio of NGOs
• Maintain NGO portfolio related dashboards
• Governance and compliance of NGOs documents for Fast Pitch program
• Create partnerships with intermediary organizations for learning opportunities to build capacity of investees

Technology Platform Management

• Oversee the implementation and management of the WorkHall technology platform, to ensure seamless data tracking and reporting which supports data-driven decision-making
• Coordinate with internal teams and tech partner to manage the platform which supports organizational efficiency

General Management, Operations & Communication

• Design, plan and manage pan India initiatives aligned with organizational goals
• Interact with chapter teams to discover Best Practices and to uncover areas which need support. Connect with appropriate resources as a solution.
• Maintain and update all Pan India data / impact dashboards monthly
• Design marketing collaterals for Pan-India events
• Maintain digital (social media) presence of SVP India
• Attend relevant meetings, document discussions, follow up and track progress on action-plans

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft tools, G-suite tools, Data Analytics (pivot tables)
• Preferred skills of Communication tools like Canva, Mailchimp; adopting and championing Tech platform for operational efficiencies - usage, team training and analytics
