Position Summary 
  • We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Executive to ensure that all quality standards and compliance norms under the DDU-GKY project are effectively maintained. The role requires hands-on experience in project documentation, center audits, process monitoring, and quality assurance activities.
Key Responsibilities 
  • Ensure strict adherence to DDU-GKY project guidelines and quality protocols at training centres. 
  • Conduct periodic internal audits and center assessments for readiness and compliance. 
  • Monitor day-to-day training operations and flag deviations proactively.
  • Maintain all required documentation and update the MIS regularly. 
  • Coordinate with different teams and external stakeholders for inspections, verifications, and reviews. 
  • Prepare comprehensive quality reports for review by the Senior Program Manager. 
  • Facilitate quality improvement initiatives and capacity building at training locations. 

 

Qualifications 

Mandatory: 

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working specifically in the DDU-GKY project
  • Strong understanding of DDU-GKY guidelines, SOPs, and compliance protocols. 

Education: 

  • Graduate in any discipline. 

Language: 

  • Bengali preferred; working knowledge of English and Hindi will be an added advantage. 

Other Requirements: 

  • Willingness to travel to and work from field locations (Nadia & Bankura).
  • Must be available to work from the Kolkata office as required. 
Compensation 
  • Annual CTC - 2.16 - 3 LPA (Fixed) + Annual Variable Pay + Commitment Bonus
  • Reimbursement - Official travel, stay, and logistics as per organizational policy

 

 

Reporting To 

Senior Program Manager 


Travel Requirements 

Extensive travel within Nadia & Bankura districts; occasional travel to Kolkata for internal meetings and coordination.
