XLRI, the oldest B-school in India, was founded in 1949 by a few visionary Jesuit Fathers to bring a change in the economy and society at large. The institute always strives to be a management school with a difference.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• Preferred background: Masters degree in Public policy, Sustainability, Development studies, Geography, Quantitative economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer science, Information systems or allied disciplines
• Candidates planning for doctoral studies are strongly encouraged to apply
• Experience: Prior research experience is not required but is desirable
• Language Preference: English

Skillsets

Required:

• Proficiency in Tools (Excel, R, Stata, Python)
• Well-developed conceptual knowledge in statistics
• Good data management, processing, and analysis skills

Desirable:

• Experience in working on AI/ML projects
• Well-developed conceptual knowledge in AI/ML
