Job Description

The Research Manager is expected to work independently within the scope of their responsibilities. Duties include, but are not limited to, writing research proposals, developing thematic understanding on issues related to ethics, inequality, social value creation, value-driven organizations etc., conducting data analysis, and drafting or editing manuscripts, writing reports, minutes of the meeting and transcription. The Research Manager would be responsible for organizing research events focusing on mainstreaming the narrative of value-driven business. The candidate should be comfortable in coordinating with multiple stakeholders across multiple states.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

The candidate should hold a master’s degree in fields such as Sociology, Management, Philosophy, and allied fields. Prior work experience in relevant area would be an advantage. Since the focus of the work is on ethics and values, it is expected that the candidate would demonstrate a keen interest in related knowledge domain.

Salary

The consolidated remuneration will be in the range of Rs. 50,000-Rs.55,000/- per month commensurate with the candidate’s qualification, experience, and fit with the position.
