Mlinda till date has installed mini-grids in over 21 villages, and aims to reach 40,000 people across 50
villages by 2020. We have offices in Kolkata, Gumla and Paris.

Role Summary

This is a great opportunity to gain expertise in solar energy based agri-business, one of India’s fastest

growing sectors. Mlinda Officers live and work in rural villages to install, maintain and operate micro-

grid systems, and drive utilization across the community. In this role you will gain exposure to the

workings of rural sales and be responsible for building strong relationships with key partners across the

community and market. You will be indirectly working on improving village incomes, livelihoods and

GDP by implementing efficient marketing, networking and overall sales.

 

Location of Work 

Gumla, Jharkhand


Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing, sales, business development for all Mlinda Micro-Businesses.

2. Procurement and stocking of raw materials for Mlinda Micro-Businesses.

3. Meet monthly sales targets given by the management.

4. Ensure timely payments from vendors.

5. Meet procurement targets given by the management.

6. Responsible for logistics of raw materials and finished goods

● You are proficient in excel

● You can ride a motor bike (mandatory)
