Job Description/Responsibilities
In line with FIND’s strategic objectives, the incumbent should be a senior level executive who is well networked and have experienced in Project management, leading engagement with current and potential donor, support proposal development. This entails:
Programmatic:
- Support coordination of access and disease programme specific activities under the country offices in the Asia region.
- Assist the Regional Director Asia on the development of country office strategies to ensure delivery of the country specific missions and the overall organization strategy of FIND.
- Identify new funding and partnerships opportunities to achieve objectives aligning with country and FIND strategies.
- Supporting and coordinating development and submission of grant proposals
- Lead organization of annual strategic planning process and meeting, working as the bridge between the Regional Director Asia and program teams and cross cutting units of Clinical Affairs, Tech, Dev, Access, and Impact.
- Act as the focal point of contract between Grant Management Office and the country offices for all grant submissions and response to funding calls.
Administrative:
- Coordinate with Project Management Office and country offices for timely submission of budgets and forecasts.
- Support in the conduct of project management meetings and programme reviews.
- Schedule meetings, collate and publish agendas for meetings, draft, and share minutes of the meetings.
- Support in planning and execution of key organizational events.
- Monitor tasks delegated by the Regional Director Asia to ensure that the task is achieved to agreed deadlines.
- Communicate on behalf of the Regional Director Asia on matters related to meetings and programmatic initiatives as directed.
- Any other tasks as needed.
Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience
- Postgraduate/Masters in any field (preferably from business development, marketing, development studies, public health related fields)
- Experience: minimum 10 years of experience in strategic partnerships and fundraising in India and Asia, preferably in the domain of public health or related areas or with strong links to non-profits or public health (At least 5 years of experience in strategic partnerships, cause-marketing and fundraising)
- Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, plan and implement a strategic approach to fund raising, including setting realistic goals.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills must be able to effectively interact with international and domestic donors.
- Strong writing, research, editing, and communication abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate partners.
- Comprehensive understanding of Asia’s fundraising landscape, legal and regulatory environment, campaign /project, and nurturing fundraising methods
