Job Description

The Senior Manager - Program Delivery will be responsible for the endto-end conceptualization, design, and execution of startup support programs including incubation, acceleration, innovation challenges and market access interventions. The role demands a high degree of operational leadership, ecosystem coordination and founder empathy to drive measurable impact across startup lifecycle stages.

The Senior Manager - Program Delivery will lead AISF's programmatic initiatives designed to support startups from ideation to scale-up, ensuring high-quality delivery and national-level benchmarking. This includes managing incubation and acceleration cohorts, setting up evaluation systems, running thematic programs, onboarding mentors and partners, and ensuring constant refinement based on founder feedback and ecosystem trends. Prior experience in operating or scaling incubators, accelerators, or innovation cells is essential. The role also involves developing standardized frameworks and digital assets to institutionalize program excellence.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and implement structured startup support programs (incubation, acceleration, market access) Create SOPs and toolkits for each program stage aligned with national and global best practices
• Work with domain experts, mentors, investors and support institutions to co-create value for startups
• Build and manage evaluation frameworks for shortlisting, onboarding and performance tracking
• Ensure timely execution of cohort cycles with clear deliverables and reporting
• Institutionalize feedback loops and review mechanisms to continuously improve program quality
• Develop and digitize founder support resources and performance dashboards
• Onboard and manage mentor networks, knowledge partners and subject-matter experts
• Collaborate with ecosystem stakeholders including government bodies, academia, investors and corporates
• Prepare program outcome reports, pitch decks and MIS updates for the Board and partners
• Represent AISF at startup ecosystem events, conferences and working groups, as needed

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• Postgraduate degree in Business Administration or equivalent from a reputed institution is preferred

Desired Profile

• 8-12 years of relevant experience in incubation, acceleration, startup program management, or corporate innovation
• Experience in designing and scaling structured innovation programs within high-growth ecosystems
• Demonstrated ability in ecosystem engagement, stakeholder management and program impact delivery
• Familiarity with leading national/international startup support models (e.g., Startup India, State Startup Missions, Corporate Programs, Y Combinator, etc.)

Abilities

• Strong understanding of startup lifecycle, founder challenges and program logic models
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple program cohorts simultaneously
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, G-Suite and program management tools
• Detail-oriented, data-driven and founder-centric approach
• Adaptive, proactive and collaborative working style
• Capable of operating with minimal supervision under tight deadlines
• Commitment to building inclusive and impact-driven program

Salary

Fixed CTC of 24 lakhs - 30 lakhs depending on skills and experience.
