Senior Program Manager – Operations and Strategic Partnerships

Location : Delhi NCR or Mumbai

Compensation: INR 7 to 8 LPA CTC

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

The Senior Program Manager – Operations and Strategic Partnerships is a leadership role responsible for driving large scale scholarship and youth support programs across multiple states. The role combines strategic oversight with operational excellence, partnership development, and team leadership.

This position requires a senior professional with strong experience in program operations, stakeholder management, and scaling impact driven initiatives in the education or social sector

Key responsibilities:

A. Strategic Leadership and Program Oversight

• Lead the design and execution of operational strategies for scholarship and youth programs across partner states
• Work closely with senior leadership to define long term goals, growth plans, and innovation priorities Drive scale up of programs through sustainable and context specific delivery models
• Use data, research, and stakeholder feedback to continuously improve program quality and outcomes Develop and standardise SOPs, systems, and tools to ensure consistency and scalability
• Ensure all programs are rooted in dignity, student ownership, and long-term outcomes

Key responsibilities:

B. Program Operations and Delivery

• Oversee end to end implementation of scholarship and youth support programs, including planning, execution, and review
• Lead scholarship application support, verification processes, and coordination to ensure timely disbursements
• Oversee career guidance, mentoring, and scholar care initiatives to improve education and employment outcomes
• Support the expansion and effective functioning of youth engagement and digital learning initiatives Establish strong monitoring and evaluation systems to track progress, outcomes, and impact
• Prepare clear reports, presentations, and documentation for internal reviews and external stakeholders

Key responsibilities:

C. Strategic Partnerships and Donor Engagement

• Build and manage partnerships with government departments, CSR partners, philanthropic organisations, and educational institutions Ensure alignment between partner objectives and program execution
• Support proposal development, budgeting, and forecasting for funded programs
• Maintain regular communication with donors and partners, sharing progress updates and impact insights
• Contribute to long term partner retention and relationship building

Key responsibilities:

C. Team Leadership and Capacity Building

• ·Lead and manage program teams across locations ·Build team capacity through training, mentoring, and performance feedback
• ·Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and collaboration

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in program operations, project management, or leadership roles Experience in education, scholarships, or youth focused programs preferred
• Proven experience in stakeholder and partnership management
• Strong budgeting, planning, and execution skills Willingness to travel extensively as required
