Job Description

There is a requirement for the position of Senior Research Assistant / Research Assistant to provide support to the research work in the field of energy policy and sustainable management. The location would be Indian Institute of Management Lucknow. The position is contractual in nature for an initial period of 6 months. Period of contract can be further extended.

• Primary data collection
• Data Analysis
• Modelling (Excel, R, Stata)
• Literature review
• Preparing research report

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

The candidate must possess a Post Graduate from a reputed institute/ university in regular mode with minimum 60% marks, demonstrating strong research competence and subject expertise. Candidate having experience/ qualification in public policy, energy systems, environmental science or related fields will be preferred. Candidate should have good English oral and written communication skill and should have command over MS Excel. The position will be more suitable to candidates who are planning to pursue Ph.D. in coming years.

Salary

The selected candidate, depending on qualification and relevant experience, will receive fellowship between Rs. 40,000/- to 50,000/- per month, consolidated, plus HRA as per norms.
