Our work involves working on some of the most pressing challenges in Public Health such as Immunization, Quality of care, Maternal & Child health. We works along the complete cycle of innovation - from using ethnographic research to gather behavioral insights, designing innovative solutions to address complex systemic challenges, to working with relevant partners to create implementation pathways for ideas to become real and aid uptake of innovations

Roles And Responsibilities

Vihara currently seeks to hire a Sr. HR Executive based at our office in New Delhi. The position will be primarily responsible to managerecruitments. Additionally, the position will be expected to support HR Managerin Performance Management, Training and Development, Compensation and Benefits Management, HR Policies and Procedures implementation, Organizational Developmentand contributing in Strategic HR Initiatives whenever required.  Key responsibilities for the positionwill include:

  • converting job briefs into JDs and advertisements
  • release of advertisements
  • search of candidates through subscribed data-bases and social networking sites
  • screening applications and short listing candidates
  • sharing candidate summaries and profiles with division heads
  • coordinating and scheduling interviews between project team members and candidates
  • Conducting initial screening calls
  • candidate reference checks
  • compensation negotiations with candidate
  • updating and sharing  status reports, as required 
  • Managing onboarding and induction of new joiners’
  • Time and Attendance Management
  • Conducting HR Audits
  • Grievance Handling
  • Responsible for statutory HR Compliance
  • Maintaining HR database and ensure proper documentation of all the records
  • Organizing and managing Employee Engagement Activities

Qualification And Experience

  • Up to 4 years of experience of working in an HR/Recruitment consultancy.
  • Graduate in any discipline. Specialization in Human Resource Management (HRM) preferred
  • Hands-on experience of working through job portals and social media for HR search processes
  • High level of fluency and articulation in written and spoken English.
  • Demonstrated experience of independently coordinating recruitment processes
