About the Organization:

IIM Shillong has been set up with a vision of providing good quality management education and research in the North Eastern region of India.  To ensure a holistic management education and to help the graduates grow into innovative leaders of the future, the Institute provides opportunities outside the classrooms as well, be it industrial interactions, sports competitions, cultural activities or entrepreneurial pursuits. About the Programme:

The MBA(WE) is a post graduate program in management, where after successful completion of requirements, IIM Shillong confers participants the degree titled Master of Business Administration (Working Executive). The MBA (WE) is a master degree program of IIM Shillong and will have regular sessions on weekends at IIM Shillong Guwahati Centre. However, participants can join sessions online or switch between in-contact and online sessions for any module as per his/her convenience.

The program prepare participants for an advanced career in management by giving a solid foundation in various management topics that are essential for building capabilities to take on the new forms of competition. The program offers a blend of various management theories, soft skills and analytical methods with real world business scenarios, cases, simulations, projects, and assignments.

Eligibility:

• A Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks or an equivalent CGPA [45% in case of the candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Differently Abled (DA)].
• A minimum of 3 years of work experience after completion of the bachelor degree will be considered.
• Candidates with and without CAT/GMAT scores are welcome. Candidates with CAT/GMAT score will be exempted from written eligibility test.

Program Fee: The fee for the current batch of MBA(WE) program is Rupees Ten Lacs, payable over the program period.
